Parentr Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

At Parentr, our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for families and groups to organize and manage everything around their children’s lives, from school to sports, music lessons, carpooling, and more.
To protect our users and the integrity of the platform, the following uses are prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Parentr for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Fraudulent or misleading behavior, including impersonation of a group, school, or individual.
• Harassment, bullying, or abuse of any kind toward other users.
• Spamming, mass messaging, or promoting unrelated products, services, or commercial offers.
• Uploading or sharing inappropriate content, including obscene, hateful, or discriminatory language or materials.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the functionality of the app (e.g., hacking, unauthorized access, automation tools, or exploiting bugs).
• Misusing event features (e.g., fake events or reminders that confuse or harass others).
• Abusing group creation or invitations in a way that causes confusion or violates community norms.
Platform Integrity & Enforcement
To ensure a trusted experience for all users, Parentr reserves the right to:
• Investigate reports of misuse or suspicious activity.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts found to be violating this policy.
• Restrict access to specific app features if misused.
• Remove content that violates this policy or damages the user experience.
Reporting Violations
If you see something that seems off, please report it to us at support@parentr.com. We take community safety seriously and aim to review all reports within 48 hours.
